[528] **"For all these speak claiming skill" (sabbeva hīme kusalāvadānā):** all these ascetics and brahmins are speakers claiming skill, speakers claiming to be wise, speakers claiming to be sagacious, speakers claiming knowledge (ñāṇa), speakers by reason, speakers by characteristic, speakers by cause, speakers by ground — each according to his own doctrine. Hence, "for all these speak claiming skill." Therefore that created one (nimmita) said:
Having thus seized [upon views], they dispute,
and they say, "The other is a fool, unskilled."
Which assertion among these, then, is true?
For all these speak claiming skill.
