[593] **"Whom here would one take to be a fool?"** — *Here* (ettha): by one's own view (diṭṭhi), by one's own acceptance (khanti), by one's own preference (ruci), by one's own doctrine (laddhi), whom would one take, whom would one see, whom would one behold, whom would one look upon, whom would one contemplate, whom would one examine, as another who is a fool — as inferior, low, mean, base, filthy, petty? Hence, "whom here would one take to be a fool?"
