[603] **All of them incur blame** (sabbeva te nindamanvānayanti) means: all those ascetics and brahmins incur only blame (nindā), incur only censure, incur only disrepute; all of them are indeed blamed, are indeed censured, are indeed held in disrepute. Therefore it is said, "all of them incur blame."
