Mahāviyūhasuttaniddesa

Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Mahāniddesa · Vol. 29 · Section 627

[627] **"And action, both blameworthy and blameless" (kammañca sāvajjanavajjametaṃ):** dark action (kamma) with dark result is called blameworthy action (sāvajjakamma). Bright action with bright result is called blameless action (anavajjakamma). Having abandoned, given up, dispelled, brought to an end, and caused to come to non-existence both blameworthy action and blameless action — thus, "and action, both blameworthy and blameless."
