[642] **But others say that very dhamma is inferior (tameva hīnanti panāhu aññe)**: some ascetics and brahmins speak thus, talk thus, declare thus, explain thus, express thus of that very dhamma, that view, that practice, that path: "This is inferior (hīna), this is low (nihīna), this is deficient (omaka), this is bad (lāmaka), this is mean (jatukka), this is trifling (parittaka)." Hence, "But others say that very dhamma is inferior."
