[78] *"Producing them as complete by himself"* (sayaṃ samattāni pakubbamāno) means: he himself makes it complete, makes it full, makes it flawless, makes it foremost, best, distinguished, preeminent, highest, most excellent. Thinking, "This teacher is omniscient," he himself makes it complete, makes it full, makes it flawless, makes it foremost, best, distinguished, preeminent, highest, most excellent. Thinking, "This Dhamma is well proclaimed, this group is practicing well, this view is auspicious, this practice is well laid down, this path is emancipating," he himself makes it complete, makes it full, makes it flawless, makes it foremost, best, distinguished, preeminent, highest, most excellent; he gives rise to it, engenders it, produces it, brings it forth. Hence, "producing them as complete by himself."
