Suttapiṭaka · Khuddakanikāya · Mahāniddesa · Vol. 29 · Section 942

[942] One should not commit theft, one should not speak falsehood; with loving-kindness (mettā) one should touch beings frail and firm. When one would know turbidity of mind, one should dispel it, [recognizing] 'this belongs to the faction of the Dark One (Kaṇha).'
