Lasuṇavaggasikkhābada

[167] There is no offense (anāpatti): if she takes it to a depth of at most two finger-joints (dvaṅgulapabbaparamaṃ); if she takes it to a depth of less than two finger-joints; if on account of illness; if she is insane; if she is the first offender (ādikammikā). _______ The Sixth Training Rule of the Lasuṇavagga
