Pārājikasikkhābada

[29] There is no offense (anāpatti): for one who does not intend, for one who is unmindful, for one who does not know, for one who does not consent, for one who is insane, for one whose mind is deranged, for one who is overwhelmed by pain, and for the first offender (ādikammikā).
