[317] There is no offense: if she uses it after having relinquished it; if she uses it again when her turn comes round; if there are no other bhikkhunīs who are menstruating; if she is one whose robe has been snatched away; if she is one whose robe has been lost; in emergencies; if she is insane; if she is the first offender. _________ The Eighth Training Rule of the Cittāgāra Chapter
