[320] When it has not been relinquished (anissajjita), perceiving it as not relinquished, she departs: an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya). When it has not been relinquished, being in doubt, she departs: an offense entailing expiation. When it has not been relinquished, perceiving it as relinquished, she departs: an offense entailing expiation.
She departs without relinquishing [a dwelling] not closed with a door (akavāṭabaddha): an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa).
When it has been relinquished, perceiving it as not relinquished: an offense of wrongdoing. When it has been relinquished, being in doubt: an offense of wrongdoing. When it has been relinquished, perceiving it as relinquished: no offense.
