[341] There is no offence (anāpatti) for one who speaks intent upon the meaning (atthapurekkhārā), intent upon the Dhamma (dhammapurekkhārā), or intent upon instruction (anusāsanīpurekkhārā); for one who is insane (ummattikā); or for the first offender (ādikammikā). ___________________ The Fourth Training Rule (sikkhāpada) of the Ārāma Chapter
