[216] There is no offence for one who gives precedence to the meaning (atthapurekkhārā), for one who gives precedence to the Dhamma (dhammapurekkhārā), for one who gives precedence to instruction (anusāsanīpurekkhārā), for one who is insane (ummattikā), or for the first offender (ādikammikā). _______ The Tenth Training Rule of the Andhakāra Chapter
