[425] There is no offence (anāpatti): when there is an obstacle (antarāya); when, having searched, she does not obtain [one]; when she is ill; in emergencies (āpadā); when she is insane; when she is the first offender (ādikammikā). The Eighth Training Rule of the Kumārībhūta Chapter.
