Tuvaṭṭavaggasikkhābada

[271] There is no offense (anāpatti): when there is danger; when, having searched, she does not obtain [it]; for one who is ill; in emergencies; for one who is insane; for the first offender (ādikammikā). _________ The fifth training rule of the Tuvaṭṭa chapter.
