[84] There is no offence for those (bhikkhunīs) who have not been formally admonished, for those who relinquish (their position), for those who are insane, for those whose minds (citta) are deranged, for those afflicted by (painful) feeling (vedanā), and for the first offenders. ______________ The Tenth Saṅghādisesa (is concluded).
