[68] There is no offense (anāpatti): for a bhikkhunī who has not been formally admonished (asamanubhāsantiyā), for one who relinquishes [her course], for one who is insane, or for the first offender (ādikammikā). _______________ The Eighth Saṅghādisesa [is concluded].
