[126] "Many here in the world have prepared sacrifice (yaññamakappiṃsu puthūdha loke)": "sacrifice (yañña)" is what is called a gift-offering (deyyadhamma) — robes, almsfood, lodging, medicine and requisites for the sick; food, drink, clothing, vehicles, garlands and scents, unguents, beds and dwellings, and lamps.
"Have prepared sacrifice": those also who seek, search for, and quest after sacrifice — robes, almsfood, lodging, medicine and requisites for the sick; food, drink, clothing, vehicles, garlands and scents, unguents, beds and dwellings, and lamps — they too prepare sacrifice.
"Many": those sacrifices are many, or those sacrificers are many, or those worthy of offerings (dakkhiṇeyya) are many. How are those sacrifices many? … Thus those worthy of offerings are many.
"Here in the world": in the world of man. Hence, "many here in the world have prepared sacrifice."
