[137] (Thus said the venerable Puṇṇaka:) "If those devoted to sacrifice (yājayogā) have not crossed over birth and aging by means of sacrifices (yañña), dear sir (mārisa), then who, indeed, in the world of gods and humans has crossed over birth and aging, dear sir? I ask you, Blessed One; declare that to me."
