[262] "If he should stand there unswerving even for a multitude of years,¹ O All-seeing One (samantacakkhu), and right there he should become cool, liberated— would the consciousness (viññāṇa)¹ of one of such a kind still exist?" ¹ There is also the reading "vassāni."
