[572] **As he saw, so he declared** (yathā addakkhi tathā akkhāsi): as he saw, so he declared, told, taught, made known, set forth, disclosed, analyzed, made plain, and revealed: "All conditioned things (saṅkhārā) are impermanent" … "Whatever is subject to origination, all that is subject to cessation" — as he saw, so he declared, told, taught, made known, set forth, disclosed, analyzed, made plain, and revealed. Thus: "As he saw, so he declared."
