[171] How is wisdom in the defining of four dhammas the knowledge (ñāṇa) of the diversity of planes (bhūmi)? There are four planes: the sense-sphere plane (kāmāvacarā bhūmi), the form-sphere plane (rūpāvacarā bhūmi), the formless-sphere plane (arūpāvacarā bhūmi), and the unincluded plane (apariyāpannā bhūmi).
