[277] What is the Tathāgata's knowledge (ñāṇa) of the dispositions (āsaya) and latent tendencies (anusaya) of beings? Here the Tathāgata knows the disposition of beings, knows their latent tendency, knows their conduct (carita), knows their inclination (adhimutti), and understands beings as capable and incapable (bhabbābhabba).
