Ānāpānakathā

[362] For one developing the concentration (samādhi) of mindfulness of breathing (ānāpānasati) with its sixteen bases, somewhat more than two hundred knowledges (ñāṇa) arise: eight knowledges concerning obstacles (paripantha) and eight knowledges concerning aids (upakāra); eighteen knowledges concerning imperfections (upakkilesa); thirteen knowledges concerning cleansing (vodāna); thirty-two knowledges concerning one who practises mindfulness (satokārī); twenty-four knowledges by way of concentration; seventy-two knowledges by way of insight (vipassanā); eight knowledges of disenchantment (nibbidā); eight knowledges in conformity with disenchantment; eight knowledges of the stilling of disenchantment; and twenty-one knowledges concerning the bliss of liberation (vimuttisukha).
