'Cessation (nirodha), cessation' — thus, bhikkhus, regarding dhammas not heard before, there arose in the Bodhisatta Vipassī the eye … there arose light. In the exposition (veyyākaraṇa) of the Bodhisatta Vipassī there are ten dhammas, ten meanings (attha), twenty expressions of language (nirutti), and forty knowledges (ñāṇa).
