[96] Wisdom (paññā) in the discernment of conditions (paccayapariggaha) thus: "Dependent on ignorance (avijjā), volitional formations are dependently arisen; both these dhammas are dependently arisen" — is knowledge of the stability of dhammas (dhammaṭṭhitiñāṇa).
Wisdom in the discernment of conditions thus: "In the past period too, in the future period too, dependent on ignorance, volitional formations are dependently arisen; both these dhammas are dependently arisen" — is knowledge of the stability of dhammas.
