[357] Which, on that occasion, is mind (citta)?
That which on that occasion is mind (citta), mentality (mano), ideation (mānasa), heart (hadaya), the lucid (paṇḍara), mentality, the mind base (manāyatana), the mind faculty (manindriya), consciousness (viññāṇa), the consciousness aggregate (viññāṇakkhandha), the corresponding body-consciousness element (tajjā kāyaviññāṇa-dhātu) — this, on that occasion, is mind.
