[559] Which is that form (rūpa) that is the object (ārammaṇa) of eye-contact (cakkhusamphassa)? The form sense base (rūpāyatana) — this is that form that is the object of eye-contact. Which is that form that is not the object of eye-contact? The eye sense base (cakkhāyatana) … edible nutriment (kabaḷīkāra āhāra) — this is that form that is not the object of eye-contact.
