[681] Which phenomena (dhammā) are fixed in wrongness (micchatta-niyata)?
The five actions entailing immediate result (ānantarika-kamma), and that wrong view (micchādiṭṭhi) which is fixed — these phenomena are fixed in wrongness.
Which phenomena are fixed in rightness (sammatta-niyata)?
The four paths (magga) that are unincluded (apariyāpanna) — these phenomena are fixed in rightness.
Which phenomena are unfixed (aniyata)?
Setting aside those phenomena, the remaining wholesome, unwholesome, and indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena — belonging to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), the form sphere (rūpāvacara), the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), and the unincluded: the aggregate of feeling (vedanā) … the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇa); and all form (rūpa), and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu) — these phenomena are unfixed.
