Which phenomena are without root-cause (ahetukā)? Those phenomena which are without root-cause through those phenomena: the aggregate of feeling … the aggregate of consciousness, and all form (rūpa), and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu) — these phenomena are without root-cause.
