Wholesome, unwholesome, and indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena that are subject to taints (sāsava), pertaining to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), the form sphere (rūpāvacara), or the formless sphere (arūpāvacara): the aggregate of form (rūpakkhandha) … the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha) — these phenomena are included.
Which phenomena are not included (apariyāpanna)? The paths (magga), the fruits of the paths (maggaphala), and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu) — these phenomena are not included.
