[911] Which phenomena (dhammā) are mundane (lokiya)? The wholesome (kusala) in the three planes (bhūmi), the unwholesome (akusala), the resultant (vipāka) in the three planes, the functional indeterminate (kiriyābyākata) in the three planes, and all form (rūpa) — these phenomena are mundane.
Which phenomena are supramundane (lokuttara)? The four paths (magga) that are unincluded (apariyāpanna), the four fruits of asceticism (sāmaññaphala), and Nibbāna — these phenomena are supramundane.
