[152] Therein, what is grief (domanassa)? That which is mental (cetasika) discomfort (asāta), mental pain (dukkha), the uncomfortable painful experience born of mind-contact (cetosamphassa), the uncomfortable painful feeling (vedanā) born of mind-contact — this is called grief.
