[192] Therein, what is the origin of suffering (dukkhasamudaya)? Craving (taṇhā), the remaining defilements (kilesa), the remaining unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā), and the three wholesome roots (kusalamūla) that are subject to the taints (sāsava) — this is called the origin of suffering.
