[547] Therein, which is the awakening factor of energy (vīriya-sambojjhaṅga)? There is bodily energy; there is mental energy. Whatever bodily energy there is, that too is the awakening factor of energy; it conduces to direct knowledge (abhiññā), to full awakening (sambodha), to Nibbāna. Whatever mental energy there is, that too is the awakening factor of energy; it conduces to direct knowledge, to full awakening, to Nibbāna.
