[582] Therein, what is right thought (sammāsaṅkappa)? That which is thinking (takka), thought-conception (vitakka), thought (saṅkappa), fixing (appanā), complete fixing (byappanā), application of the mind (cetaso abhiniropanā), right thought — a path factor (maggaṅga), included in the path (maggapariyāpanna): this is called right thought.
