[673] "And experiences pleasure with the body" (sukhañca kāyena paṭisaṃvedeti): Herein, what is pleasure (sukha)? That which is mental ease, mental pleasure; the easeful, pleasant experience born of mind-contact (cetosamphassa); the easeful, pleasant feeling (vedanā) born of mind-contact — this is called pleasure.
Herein, what is the body (kāya)? The aggregate of perception (saññākkhandha), the aggregate of volitional formations (saṅkhārakkhandha), the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha) — this is called the body.
He experiences this pleasure with this body; therefore it is said: "and experiences pleasure with the body."
