[674] "That which the noble ones declare": herein, who are the noble ones (ariyā)? The Buddhas and the disciples of the Buddhas are called noble ones. They declare, teach, describe, establish, disclose, analyze, elucidate, and proclaim this. Therefore it is said: "that which the noble ones declare."
