[434] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) are associated (sampayutta) with phenomena that are roots (hetu); whatever phenomena are associated with phenomena that are both roots and accompanied by roots (sahetuka); and whatever phenomena are associated with phenomena that are both roots and associated with roots (hetusampayutta) — those phenomena are included (saṅgahita) by four aggregates (khandha), by two sense bases (āyatana), and by two elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? They are not included by one aggregate, by ten sense bases, and by sixteen elements.
