[1013] P. Should it not be said that "the person (puggala) practicing for the realization (sacchikiriyā) of the fruition of non-returning (anāgāmiphala) is endowed with two fruitions (phala)"? S. Yes. P. Has not the person practicing for the realization of the fruition of non-returning obtained two fruitions, and has he not fallen away from them? S. Yes. P. If the person practicing for the realization of the fruition of non-returning has obtained two fruitions and has not fallen away from them, then indeed, sir, you should say: "The person practicing for the realization of the fruition of non-returning is endowed with two fruitions."
