[1281] [S.] Is form (rūpa) kamma? [P.] Yes. [S.] But was it not said by the Blessed One: "Bhikkhus, it is volition (cetanā) that I call kamma; having willed, one performs kamma by body, by speech, and by mind"? Does such a sutta indeed exist? [P.] Yes. [S.] Then indeed it should not be said that form is kamma.
