[1360] S. One's speech (vācā) is not in accordance with one's mind (citta)? P. Yes. S. Is not speech originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna), born together with mind, arisen simultaneously with mind? P. Yes. S. If speech is originated by mind, born together with mind, arisen simultaneously with mind, then indeed, good sir, it should not be said: "One's speech is not in accordance with one's mind."
