S. Is it not so that one who wishes to speak speaks, one who wishes to talk talks, one who wishes to address addresses, and one who wishes to converse converses?
P. Yes.
S. If one who wishes to speak speaks, one who wishes to talk talks, one who wishes to address addresses, and one who wishes to converse converses, then indeed, good sir, it should not be said: "Speech is not in accordance with the mind."
