[1517] [Paravādin:] Could one who must remain for the eon (kappaṭṭha) obtain a wholesome mind (kusala citta)? [Sakavādin:] Yes. [Paravādin:] Could he obtain a wholesome mind that is the emergence (vuṭṭhāna) therefrom? [Sakavādin:] Yes. [Paravādin:] Could he obtain a wholesome mind belonging to the form sphere (rūpāvacara) … belonging to the formless sphere (arūpāvacara) … a supramundane (lokuttara) wholesome mind?
