[1597] "Is not the predominance of zeal (chandādhipati) predominant (adhipati) over connascent phenomena (dhammā)?" "Yes." "If the predominance of zeal is predominant over connascent phenomena, then indeed, sir, it must be said: 'It is a condition (paccaya) by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya) [and] it is a condition by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya).'"
