[1871] P. Is it not to be said: "Every mind (citta) of one who is dreaming is indeterminate (abyākata)"?
S. Yes.
P. But was it not said by the Blessed One that the mind of one who is dreaming is negligible (abbohārika)?
S. Yes.
P. If the mind of one who is dreaming was said by the Blessed One to be negligible, then indeed, sir, it must be said: "Every mind of one who is dreaming is indeterminate."
The Discussion of the Indeterminate (Abyākatakathā) is concluded.
