Abhidhammapiṭaka · Kathāvatthu · Vol. 37 · Section 211

[211] "Does the Non-Returner (anāgāmī) fall away from the fruition of Non-Returning (anāgāmiphala)?" — "Yes." "Does the Once-Returner (sakadāgāmī) fall away from the fruition of Once-Returning (sakadāgāmiphala)?" — "It should not be said thus." "Whose development (bhāvanā) of the path (magga) … development of the factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga) is superior: the Non-Returner's or the Once-Returner's?" — "The Non-Returner's." "If the Non-Returner's development of the factors of awakening is superior, and the Non-Returner falls away from the fruition of Non-Returning, then indeed, sir, it should be said: the Once-Returner falls away from the fruition of Once-Returning."
