[238] "Does the Arahant fall away from Arahantship (arahatta)?" "Yes." "But has the path (magga) not been developed by the Arahant for the abandonment (pahāna) of lust (rāga)?" "Yes." "If the path has been developed by the Arahant for the abandonment of lust, then indeed, good sir, it should not be said: 'The Arahant falls away from Arahantship.'"
