[474] [Sakavādin:] Is there for an Arahant the emission of impure semen (asuci-sukkavisaṭṭhi)?
[Paravādin:] Yes.
[Sakavādin:] Has not an Arahant developed the establishments of mindfulness (satipaṭṭhāna) for the abandoning of lust (rāga) … developed the right exertions (sammappadhāna), developed the bases of success (iddhipāda), developed the faculties (indriya), developed the powers (bala) … developed the factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga)?
[Paravādin:] Yes.
[Sakavādin:] If an Arahant has developed the factors of awakening for the abandoning of lust, then indeed, good sir, it should not be said, "There is for an Arahant the emission of impure semen."
