[672] [Sakavādin:] "Is it not the case that the speech (vohāra) of the Buddha, the Blessed One, impinges upon a mundane (lokiya) ear?" [Paravādin:] "Yes." [Sakavādin:] "If the speech of the Buddha, the Blessed One, impinges upon a mundane ear, then indeed, good sir, it should not be said that the speech of the Buddha, the Blessed One, is supramundane (lokuttara)."
